Barbara saw firsthand the challenges faced by children and youth during her 15 years working in schools. Holding a degree in Organizational Behavior and Applied Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and working in education with much of her experience working with special education students. Prior to her role in education, Barbara served as a police dispatcher, overseeing the police board. Given her experiences in working with people in crisis, Barbara founded School Responder™ to quickly get support to struggling students. Barbara’s extensive business background in multi-million dollar real estate projects, combined with her education and dispatcher experiences formed the vision for the School Responder™ wellness response mobile application and associated verticals.
